Event description

🌟 Conflict Resolution Workshop 🌟

Most people don’t like conflict and many actively avoid it.

But, like it or not, we all need to deal with it.

Conflict is a necessary part of life.

A well-negotiated conflict resolves cleanly, leaving no lasting traces of frustration, bitterness or insincere sentiment.

This workshop helps you with effective conflict resolution to understand our differences. To be able to take a co-operative, problem solving approach to reach a solution that works well for all parties involved.
