Global Kitchen welcomes foodies of all skill levels, from novice cooks to seasoned home chefs. This monthly cooking club will feature local chefs showcasing some of their favourite authentic dishes. Come along to view a cooking demonstration, have a taste test, be inspired to try something new and learn about cultural traditions associated with different cuisines from around the world.  

Everyone is welcome, however we are unable to cater for specific food intolerances, allergies or dietary preferences. 

Participants must be over the age of 18 years due to health and safety requirements.

Kazan Central Asian Kitchen provides authentic, homestyle Central Asian cuisine, bringing the Silk Road to Ballarat. Yaqoob is an Intercultural Ambassador for the City of Ballarat and loves to cook Türkmeni food from his family’s ethnic group, as well as Afghani food from his country of birth.
