Global Presilience® Summit 2026
An invitation to think differently about risk
Global Presilience® Summit 2026
The Anticipation Advantage: Building the Capability to Thrive in an Uncertain World
The world is changing faster than many organisations can adapt. Geopolitical uncertainty, artificial intelligence, interconnected risks and constant flux are testing traditional approaches to risk management and resilience.
Join the Institute of Presilience® and its global community of partners, graduates and supporters for an engaging three-hour virtual summit exploring how leaders and organisations can move beyond traditional risk management and resilience to build the capabilities they need to thrive in uncertainty.
The Global Presilience® Summit 2026 brings together business leaders, risk professionals and decision-makers from around the world for thought leadership, practical insight and interactive discussion. Together we will explore how organisations can move from reacting to disruption to anticipating it, making better decisions and creating opportunity.
Presilience is not just about being ready for what goes wrong. It is about the capability to recognise and act on what could go right.
Three risk themes, one connecting capability
We will explore three pressing risk challenges:
Risk culture: How leadership and behaviour shape risk culture, introducing the ten-pillar Global Risk Culture Standard (GRCS), its five-level maturity framework and evidence-based approach.
Risk and decisioning in complexity and flux: Moving from static risk registers to dynamic risk intelligence: making sound, accountable decisions when risks are interconnected, fast-moving and incomplete, including where humans and machines decide together.
Communication in the age of AI: How AI is reshaping the way organisations sense, interpret and communicate risk, from AI-generated warnings to misinformation and reputational exposure, and what that means for trust.
Each theme stands alone in the programme, grounded in real risk challenges. Presilience® is the capability that connects them, helping organisations move beyond managing risk and recovering from disruption, towards anticipating change, making better decisions and creating opportunity.
Presilience® in practice
Throughout the programme, short practice spotlights show how individuals, teams and organisations have applied the Presilience® approach successfully. From Leading with Presilience® and Deciding well under pressure to Changing culture at scale, every idea is grounded in real experience.
Programme highlights
The programme includes the opening keynote The Future Is Already Here, exploring why traditional risk management is no longer enough in a world of flux, and the panel Global Perspectives: What Will It Take to Thrive?, bringing together international partners and invited leaders on practice and emerging challenges.
Connecting the Dots: PR3CORIA brings risk, culture and communication intelligence together in one platform, shown through an illustrative workflow or carefully scoped demonstration. Technology should strengthen human judgement and improve decisions, not replace accountability.
Interactive by design
The summit includes an opening poll, a live “What would you do?” scenario and a closing reflection. Faced with an AI-generated warning, a supplier vulnerability and reputational exposure, participants choose a response, then examine it through a Presilience lens. Participants leave with something practical to act on.
Aggregated, anonymised poll results from both sessions will be shared with participants after the summit as a short insight piece.
What delegates will take away
A clearer view of the risks reshaping their operating environment.
Practical ways to make better decisions in complexity and flux.
A tangible way to understand and strengthen risk culture.
Insight into how AI is changing risk communication, and how technology can support human judgement.
Who should attend
The summit is for executives and boards, chief risk officers and risk teams, security and resilience leaders, people and culture leaders, and communication and technology leaders.
One programme, two sessions, every region
The same three-hour programme runs twice, so participants everywhere can join at a reasonable hour. Both sessions include a ten-minute virtual break and are identical apart from the regional panel.
