GLOW Yoga with Rach (Weds 6pm)

Ignite the light within your Temple of a body with 'GLOW Yoga with Rach' from Temple of Her Moon in the brand new Womens Only Studio tucked in behind Imprint Flowers on Todd St (please note it is a separate building to the flower shop)

Your 6 wk journey begins (or continues if you are a regular already!) On Weds the 6th Nov through to Weds 11th Dec.

Each class runs for 75 minutes, an intentional infusion of aromatherapy, breathwork, intention setting, mudra, mantra, yoga, meditation, sound healing and more. The classes will be themed to help you to remember your value, worth and power as a woman alongside working with the moon phases, leaving you feeling renewed and inspired ready for a beautiful weekend and week ahead.

Mats and props are provided (including crystal infused eye pillows) however you are encouraged to bring your own mat if you prefer. We do not have bolsters yet, however you will have a lovely cushion to rest your head upon. Of course you are welcome to bring your own bolster if you desire.

There are only 8 spaces available for 'GLOW', your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. To save you on booking fees, I have added my bank details below for a direct transfer. The exchange for this 6 week journey is $130-

FAQ 

Q: What if you (the teacher) need to cancel a class?

A: If for any reason I am unwell and cannot teach a class, we will add another class to ensure you get all 6 wks. 

Q: What if I (student) fall unwell and cant make a class?

A: If you fall unwell and cannot make a class, it will be livestreamed to a private Facebook group, if there are technical issues, we will arrange a credit to your account.

Q: Will the classes be suitable for all skill levels? 

A: Absolutely! I always offer modifications and also strongly encourage you to honour your body and only move in and out of asanas at your own pace and comfort level.
