In this Sunday afternoon workshop you will learn about summer gluten free essentials. Emma will help you navigate Christmas and the summer season gluten free. 

Get a chance to discuss the challenges of growing up GF (eating out, school camps, flatting, travelling) and some of the ways you can navigate them.

After her own coeliac journey blossomed into a successful business, Emma from FOG Food shares how to make family favourites at home... and they are all gluten free!

This demonstration includes:

  • Live cooking demonstration with some food favorite's, like flat bread, lasagne or waffles using locally sourced ingredients
  • Recipe booklet – all recipes from the day and a couple of bonus recipes
  • Tastings
