About the Class:

Ciao! Are you ready to make two of the most popular Italian dishes? In this class we are going to learn how to make Gnocchi di Patate all’Amatriciana, a light, tender potato gnocchi paired with a traditional sauce featuring guanciale, tomatoes, Pecorino Romano, and a touch of chili. We’ll then prepare Tagliata di Manzo, a beautifully seared beef steak sliced and served with fresh arugula, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, and extra-virgin olive oil. Participants will learn techniques for achieving a perfectly handmade gnocchi, seared steak, proper resting, and presentation.

Please bring a to go container for any leftovers.

Let us know if you have any food allergies prior to the class so we can make accommodations, where possible. (Email oboseoye@mass-ave.org)

About the Instructor:

Come learn with Luca, born and raised in Brucoli, a charming fisherman's village in Sicily. It was there, watching his mother, that he developed a deep passion for cooking. Now, he enjoys sharing the flavors of authentic Italian cuisine with all who are eager to expand their taste buds through cooking and eating.
