"Go Deeper" Cohort Journey - Summer: Contemplation and Teshuva
Description
Module 4 of the Go Deeper Cohort Journey is on the theme of Contemplation and Teshuva, taking us into the transformative spiritual practices of the High Holiday season. This series is both the culminating module of the entire year as well as the feature offering for Elul when we prepare for our communal experience of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The remarkable Rabbi Diane Elliot is our core faculty, joined by our beloved Rabbis Rishe Groner and Zvika Krieger as our guides for Selichot (forgiveness) and the Days of Awe.
This exploration asks the timeless question at the heart of Teshuvah: What does it mean to come home to ourselves, to one another, and to the Divine? Drawing on Rabbi Alan Lew’s seminal work This Is Real and You Are Completely Unprepared, we will travel through Elul and the High Holidays, culminating in a joyous celebration in the Sukkah. Join us as we engage in self-reflection, renewal, and returning to what is most true, most alive, and most sacred within us.
