Goddesses, Rage! - Artemis Singers Pride Concert and Dance
Event description
from Artemis Singers, Chicago's Lesbian Feminist Chorus
Times, they are a’changin, but not in the way we’d like. That’s why it’s time for goddesses to rage. This show will celebrate women's power. Women have always overcome, and they will continue to, through their anger over—and sense of humor about—the utter ridiculousness of it all.
The vibe: punks, rebels, political satirists. Women are standing up to The Man. We are not going to wallow in self-pity and despair. We are going to rage!
Join us for this chorus concert, followed by a dance. Everyone is welcome!
