Come and spend your Friday evening breathing, softening and coming home to yourself.

9D Breathwork is a guided breath journey layered with music, sound and spoken guidance, designed to help you move through what you’ve been holding and settle back into a deep sense of safety in your body. You don’t need any experience, and there’s no right way to do it. You simply lie down, follow the breath at your own pace, and let the journey meet you wherever you are.

Each week is a different journey, and the series gently moves between activating journeys and slower, softer ones that help your nervous system rest, so you’re never left in intensity without ease close by. You can come to one, choose the nights that speak to you, or join us every week.

Each evening begins with grounding and setting an intention, then we move into the breath journey together, and we close with a gentle sharing and integration circle so you can land before heading home.

I’m Amanda, a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, and I hold a safe, trauma-informed space where your choice and comfort always come first. You can slow things down or rest at any moment.
