Join me Dan Pauro for this 3-hour Cacao, Spirit Breathwork, Sound Journey & Yin Yoga experience.

Our intention is to create a safe space where you can release the Armor that surrounds your heart to find peace & purpose. Rewrite old childhood stories, but also an in-site of how your body & mind feels when we remove fear, judgment & stress.

We will start by exploring the power of Ceremonial grade Spirit Cacao. Cacao is a powerful medicine that allows for heart connection, self-exploration, expansion and growth. The ceremonial mix is made with love using organic coconut milk and maple syrup. Our Spirit Cacao elixir is also gluten and dairy free. 

SPIRIT BREATHWORK - Spirit Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. This Holotropic breathing technique is a tool for major transformation and healing. Spirit Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension. Let's find out how it can benefit your mind, body, and spirit. 

SOUND JOURNEY - I create different environments by looping and layering sound. A variety of ancient world Instruments are used like Native American Flutes, Didgeridoos, Rav drum, guitar, nature sounds, and also a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments. Be guided into a deep body relaxing meditation. As you drop into your body and breath, enjoy being bathed by a selection of sacred sounds taking you on a journey deep into oneself.

YIN YOGA - Yin yoga is a slow-paced and therapeutic style of yoga. Through a specific series of postures, it creates the space for you to tune into your inner experience. Yin Yoga is focused on your mind, body and soul. We use Yin Yoga for deep integration.
