Bring along your spouse / love partner / "hot date" / maybe even a few fun besties, or simply rock up solo to just meet some cool new people there - It really doesn't matter which way you roll, but just make sure that you are there with us for all the fun celebrations on the epic night for the GOE Valentines Masquerade Ball Launch Party. ;-P
Please stay tuned for all extra details relating to this exciting upcoming event, directly via our Gold Odyssey Events website. There will be regular new announcements happening during the next few months lead-up to the actual event on Valentines Day 2026.
This includes ALL our various live entertainment & professional performers, interactive fun guests experiences - such as the nitrogen ice dessert bar and 360 degree photobooth, all our event catering, being the delicious premium canapes selection, cheese & mezze platters plus also 2 hours gold drinks package inclusions for everyone.
Additionally, there will be multiple generous lucky door prize giveaways to be won at the Masquerade Ball for any keen participants at the Event- HINT: It may involve a dance-off competition, so best to practice your dance moves in advance - more details to follow soon via website... ;-P
There will be FREE Parking on-site and nearby for anyone opting to drive on the night, plus Gala Ball guests will also be entitled to receive 15% discount Room Stays on the night too - Gold Odyssey Events will email out the SPECIAL CODE closer to the Launch Party event date, and guests can arrange their stay directly via the Hotel Realm Reception Desk - Thx.
*GOE Launch Party Official AFTERPARTY will be held downstairs from the Ballroom at OSTANI BAR, within the Hotel Realm Complex.

SPECIAL NOTE - All guests attending the GOE Official Launch Party - Will also receive for themselves a complimentary FREE annual members club wristband upon their arrival to the event, handed out in person at the entry door. As a way of saying thanks for jumping on board early as the original first attendees to our epic amazing events!! :-)

GOE TICKET RE-SALE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY
GOE provides super flexibility with both tickets for re-sale exchange PLUS self-service auto refunds, just in case your plans may happen to change post purchasing your Valentines Masquerade Ball Launch Party tickets - No problems, we absolutely get it that sometimes these things may happen!

OPTION 1 - TICKETS FOR RE-SALE EXCHANGE
This will be available to utilise between the following timeframes ONLY, which enables our guests to recoup 100% of their ticket costs, via re-selling their tickets directly via the Humanitix Exchange Platform, through "Manage Tickets" button, then by following the instructions from there.
Starting from 1st December 2025 at 7am, right up until our Launch Party Event of 14th February 2026 @ 11am.
OPTION 2 - SELF-SERVICE AUTO REFUNDS
Alternatively, GOE also permits guests to self-serve automatic refunds without any further explanation required as to the reasons for changed situations your end - Up to the value of 90% of your tickets costs. GOE will deduct a 10% fee in this instance, just to cover the extra admin time and effort taken from our side of things to contact our waitlist and re-ticket on your behalf - thanks in advance for your understanding here.
Due to the requirement for GOE to finalise event attendee numbers well in advance for catering purposes with the Venue, the Self-Service Refunds window will actually be closed after 31st January, just 2 weeks PRIOR to the Launch Party Event. Thanks!!
