Accessible parking

There are designated accessible parking spaces located on each level of Adelaide Convention Centre’s North Terrace and Riverbank carparks, enabling you to enter the Centre conveniently and without hassle. Special consideration to reduce distance of travel and cope with large volumes of traffic for disabled passengers unloading can be made by contacting the Adelaide Convention Centre team.

Wheelchair access

Convenient wheelchair access is available via lifts accessing all levels. Stage ramping, portable wheelchair lifts and additional wheelchairs can all be arranged. Accessible toilets are located across all three levels.

Sensory impairment

The Centre is fitted out with digital and braille signage along with an audible PA system, to guide sensory impaired guests around the venue. Braille signage can be arranged in the event space, and hearing augmentation systems are also available upon request. An audible PA system is installed throughout the centre and used in the event of an emergency.

Service animals

We allow service animals inside the venue, at the owner’s responsibility. Please reach out prior to the event if you have specific questions or concerns.
