Golden Hour on the River

Set sail with Tweed Eco Cruises and cruise along the Tweed River during Golden Hour aboard our vintage timber cruiser, the Golden Swan. This stylish vessel sails daily with an experienced crew sharing stories of the river’s ecosystem and history. Rooted in community collaboration, the cruise features live music from local Goodjinburra rising star Birren Slabb, who has lived by the river his entire life.

On board, Chef Wal Foster serves mouthwatering mud crab banh mi rolls made with crabs caught fresh that morning, followed by his signature Bush Icecreamery ooray (Davidson plum) ice cream cones. Guests can also enjoy a grazing platter of artisan cheeses from Cheeses Loves You crafted by Deb Allard.

The bar offers a selection of local brews, spirits, and wines (available for purchase on consumption) and should you wish to expand your food offering, you can order fresh shucked river oysters served with Wattle Tree Creek’s sea parsley zucchini pickles (available by the dozen, at extra cost).
