Somatic Dance is a guided free form embodied movement journey, held in a non-judgmental space where all of you is welcome.

No prior dance experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome.

Come and move your body to the rhythm of your soul, ready to deepen your connection with yourself and others.

The guidelines are simple: No booze (or intoxicants), shoes or talking in the dance.

Slip deep into the layers of your body, supported by a carefully chosen epic music and a beautiful group of humans.

Fully embody your truest expression, release debris and allow movement to show you your fullness.

Coral Stone is a multifaceted healer and musician dedicated to guiding individuals on transformative journeys through sound. With her deep understanding of sound healing and her passion for helping others find joy, Coral offers an experience that’s immersive and soul-nourishing. She uses her gifts to help unravel tension and open up new spaces of lightness and expression.

Jody Brown has spent years cultivating practices in embodiment, somatic therapy, and inquiry. As a teacher of somatic dance, she invites participants to lean into the rhythm of their bodies, embracing freedom and authentic movement. Her work encourages you to find your own truth and joy through the body’s wisdom.
