Event description

Join us for an afternoon of community, connection, and creativity as we celebrate the stewards of our land and the food activists who sustain us!

For *Golden Time of Day*, we invite you to bring a dish, drink, or snack to share as we gather for a relaxed potluck-style event. As part of the celebration, we'll be hosting a photo shoot to capture your unique presence for our upcoming dinner on Friday, Nov. 8  honoring the incredible work of local land stewards and food justice advocates.

For our upcoming dinner in November, we want to capture your during the golden hour to get the best shots of you and your family.

What is the Golden Hour? The Golden Hour is the period of the day just before the sun sets or after it rises - softer than usual with warm reddish hues. Photos taken during these hours have connective quality.  We are asking that you wear denim for its layered history and connection to indigo.

What to expect:

- A casual, joyful atmosphere where food and stories are shared.

- A chance to have your photo taken during the beautiful "golden hour" - photos will be presented at our dinner on Nov. 8 for our special dinner event.

- Time to connect with others passionate about sustainability, community, and food justice.

What to bring:

- A dish, drink, or snack to share. If you don’t have time still come! Food will be there!

- Your smile and a sense of community spirit!

Whether you're a food grower, a passionate advocate, or someone who cares about the land and its preservation, this event is for you. Come enjoy an evening of shared food, great company, and capturing beautiful memories!

We look forward to seeing you and celebrating during this Golden Time of Day.
