Gong Bath - Dairy Flat

Join me for an intimate, immersive, transformative gong bath in the comfort of my home.

Let the deep, resonant vibrations and rich overtones of the gong wash over you, guiding you into deep relaxation and energetic harmony.

This is a space to surrender, reset and expand - where your energy is cleared, your nervous system rebalanced and sacred stillness embraced. Leave feeling lighter, calmer and connected.

Stay for an optional cup of tea and a healthy treat afterwards to help integrate and ground.

Please bring: 

- yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on

Please aim to arrive at 6:50pm so there's time to get comfy before we start.  Detailed address instructions will be sent with booking confirmation.
