Exchange: $35 per person, plus Humanitix booking fee (set by Humanitix and donated directly to charity)

What to Expect

Gentle breathwork and intention setting
45 minutes of immersive gong bath
Closing reflection and integration

Each experience is unique — some feel deeply relaxed, others find clarity, release, or renewal. However the sounds meet you, they hold space for your own inner healing and alignment.

Comfort & Practical Notes

Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask if you wish for extra comfort.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
Parking available nearby.
Contraindications: Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or during the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future event for non-attendance. Tickets may be on-sold/transferred to someone else (e.g. your friends or family members) if you are unable to attend
