Getting comfortable with your comfortable blanket and pillows to be warm as the body drops into meditation. Everything is vibrating even the mat under you, as Tanja opens up an electromagnetic field of healing vibrations on her Gongs realigning the parasympathetic nervous system, calming body mind and spirit, your body has the opportunity to let go of all that no longer serves it and 45 mins - a sleep cycle later- you will feel deep peace, calm, some say like walking on sunshine, you will experience a deeper night sleep and resonation of this feeling can last days. A walk in nature is perfect after a Gong Sound Bath and there will be enough time to enjoy a gentle walking meditation and to hug a few trees before a sunset drive home.
