We’re getting ready to launch the next Begin the Journey program in Mt Barker, a powerful 9 week experience created for men who are ready to reconnect with themselves and others in a deeper way.

It all starts with a relaxed Intro Session. You’re welcome to bring a mate, your partner, a family member, or anyone curious to understand more. This is a no-pressure space where you can get a feel for the journey ahead, ask questions, and hear from the facilitators.

After that, the 9 weeks are for men only.

Each session is built around a key theme, such as emotional resilience, identity, relationships, communication, trust, and purpose. Through group conversations, practical tools, personal reflection, and shared experiences, you’ll build awareness, confidence, and connection.

This is a safe, confidential space - led by men who’ve done the work and are committed to walking alongside you. You’ll be part of a small group of men who are showing up for themselves and for each other. The kind of space where you don’t have to have it all together, but you do have to be willing to be real.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finding you. And you don’t have to do it alone.
