You’ll learn about the key duties of board officer positions and how these roles contribute to the success and sustainability of the organisation. Additionally, we’ll cover the Associations Incorporation Act, providing essential insights into the legal framework that governs not-for-profit organisations.

Whether you’re new to board leadership or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will equip you with the knowledge needed to navigate these critical aspects with confidence.
