Good Habits take existential musings and turn them into bursts of relentless optimism, which is a rare trick to pull off, and even rarer to pull off well.

Built around vocals, cello, accordion, synths and drums, their sound sits somewhere between virtuosic and cinematic, unapologetically fun without ever losing its depth. Part folk-ish storytelling, part groove-driven energy, all held together by a genuine sense of existential hope.

It's the kind of band that's hard to pin down and even harder to forget.
