Sporting clubs play a vital role in role modelling positive behaviours and creating a healthy community environment.

Join the Good Sports Team to learn more about the program, and how to enhance and effectively manage sporting club environments. Find out about positive role modelling and how to build policies around alcohol and other drug management and safe celebrations. We will also offer insights and strategies on finding funding opportunities that promote a healthier and safer club culture.

The session will cover:

• Preventing and reducing alcohol-related harms
• Supporting mental health initiatives and reducing stigma
• Role-modelling healthy behaviours for younger members
• Encouraging a healthy, smoke-free environment
• Making sure everyone gets home safely (and much more)
