10-Steps to Personal Resilience & Empowerment in a Chaotic Climate

The Good Grief Network’s unique "10-Steps to Personal Resilience & Empowerment in a Chaotic Climate" runs for 10-weeks online. Our small group of participants are invited to process feelings over the state of the world, explore, connect, relate, reflect, and lean on the community we're cultivating.
This heart-centered process work where we will meet online for ten meetings over ten weeks.  We will explore resources provided, share, witness each other, learn tools and techniques for resilience and self-awareness.  If you do not wish to commit to the 10-week program, please choose individual sessions here

    10-weekly online gatherings

    PARTICIPANTS:  Suitable for ages 18+ 

    START DATE: Monday evenings from Monday May 21, 2021.  7:30pm (1.5-2-hrs) for 10 weeks. 

    BOOKING/FEES:

    A portion of the fees will go back to The Good Grief Network and to Climate for Change to continue their work rippling into our communities.

    IMPORTANT DETAILS: 
    • You will receive a booking email after registering with resources and info.  Expect a 3-week email with the zoom link and resources for session 1 preparation.
    • If you are unable to attend a session, you are invited to continue exploring the resources and share a reflection via email.
    • PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A THERAPY GROUP.  These group sessions are peer-to-peer style support groups. By registering you agree to be responsible for your own crisis management. These sessions are not a substitute for any medical care, regular treatments, and medications.       INFO AND RESOURCES FROM THE GOOD GRIEF NETWORK

      This event is part of the SOS project. 

      SOS: Sustainability of self as a whole living organism focuses on transitioning uncomfortable sensations related to the complexity of living within the unprecedented climate and ecological emergency.  During these sessions, we also tune-in to what sustains us, maintains our wellbeing, and builds our resilience. 

      WORKSHOP FACILITATOR:  Deb Punton - Greensong is an ecopsychologist (not a psychologist) environmental educator, and permaculture landscape designer. She has facilitated S.O.S (Sustainability of Self) groups on-line and in-person focusing on living with the challenges of the climate and ecological emergency. She practices sacred activism and is passionate about building our relationships with our shared humanism and our other-than-human world. 

      ONLINE GATHERING INFO: This is an interactive (camera on) session, please ensure your camera is on and you are ready to be fully present for the whole time.  Zoom sessions will NOT be recorded
