For mums of all ages, with kids of all ages

The session includes:

• Grounding practice

• Sharing circle 

• Connection and co-regulation

• Tea and light snacks

Kid-free zone for this one (babies in arms <6 months welcome)

Mums and mum figures welcome, including birthing and non-birthing mums, step mums, trans mums, and gender diverse or non-binary parenting folk.
