Welcome to GoodVibe Day, a 'mini wellness festival' offering you the opportunity to engage in sound, breath and embodiment practices, leaving you rejuvenated, relaxed, and connected to your body. The GoodVibe community, full of like-minded people who are excited to meet you, will gather in the 'Laundry Room' at Abbotsford Convent (located in the Sacred Heart Courtyard @ 1 St Heliers Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067) on Saturday 7 September 2024 from 1pm- 6pm, for an afternoon of engaging sound, breath and embodiment sessions facilitated by Australia's premier wellness practitioners.

Throughout the day, we will offer Ayurvedic Snacks and Chai, made with natural ingredients that are good for the body and mind. This will provide nourishment and energy for you to continue to engage in the sessions. You may also enjoy the quiet surrender of the heritage gardens or cafes directly outside the venue.

At GoodVibe we believe that sound, breath, and embodiment practices are essential tools for mental and physical wellness, and our mission is to make these practices as accessible and commonplace as yoga and meditation.
