In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create, improve and manage your Google Business Profile so your business has a better chance of being found by local customers. We’ll work through the important parts of your profile, including your business categories, services, description, photos, reviews and other information Google uses to understand your business. You’ll also learn how Google Business Profile fits into local SEO, what can help improve your visibility in Google Search and Maps, and how to avoid some of the common mistakes that can limit your profile’s effectiveness.

Suitable for:  This practical workshop is designed for small business owners who don’t have a Google Business Profile yet, or have one but aren’t getting enough from it.

What You Need: If you would like to work on your business profile, you must have a Gmail address before you join the workshop. If you don't have one, please sign up for one beforehand which you will use for your login name, you will not use the Gmail to send or receive emails. If you already have a profile, then make sure you can log in, to edit it during the workshop.
