Mell Millgate is presenting this hands-on workshop to help businesses big and small optimise their Google Business Profile so it works FOR you, not against you.

BYO laptop – this workshop is designed for you to learn and do at the same time. It’ll be collaborative, with lots of discussion and sharing of ideas, and a chance to mingle with other clever business folk!

You’ll learn:

• What a Google Business Profile is and why it matters
• How to set up and update your profile
• Optimising your profile for discovery and engagement
• Managing reviews from customers
• Tracking performance (what the insights tell you)
