GOOSE'S FLIGHT CREW

The art of the funk sinks a little further into the abyss everyday. Thankfully, Brisbane latest upcoming underground funk band 'Goose's Flight Crew' is here to save the day. Compromised of a series of already well accomplished musicians, such as Silk 'n Oaks bass star Troy Saunders, and Pool Boys lead singer Toby Garraway, Goose's Flight Crew specialise in groove and dance, taking deep inspiration from the likes of Vulfpeck and The Meters. Led by trombonist/pianist Zach Guse, these guys plan to bring their jazz background and contemporary gigging history to provide audiences with an experience that is not to be missed. Tune in for a night of upbeat rhythms and unique takes on funk and contemporary classics.

COLLEEN AVE

Introducing Colleen Ave, the indie surf rock band that's redefining the genre with their distinctive sound. Born from the sun-soaked streets of Queensland, the band is a dynamic mix of five musicians from Emerald, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane, each bringing their own rich background to the table. Their debut Ep, Space For You, and their other releases, this year highlight their innovative approach and energetic vibe. Named after the street where it all began, Colleen Ave has just finished their nationwide tour across Australia from late August to October. Managed locally, they’re eager to share their unique sound and electrifying performances with fans around the country.
