For the past ten years, Ryan and his family have served among unreached peoples in South Asia and Southeast Asia. In 2017, Ryan helped catalyze a church-planting movement that has since multiplied into 10,000+ churches and 100,000+ baptisms—and continues to grow rapidly.

Today, Ryan serves as a mentor to movement leaders across Asia, helping ordinary believers multiply disciples and churches. His experience spans both the unreached world and the urban Western context, giving him a unique perspective that speaks powerfully into the New Zealand setting.
