Gotta Get a Gimmick

The famous song from the musical “Gypsy” says it all: You gotta get a gimmick /If you wanna get applause. This class takes a look at some of the weird and wonderful ways that burlesque performers set themselves apart from the crowd. From animals to underwater acts, we'll look at some of the crazy ideas burlesquers of the past put on stage. Maybe you'll find inspiration for your next act!

This workshop is held on Zoom. The link will be sent with your registration confirmation email.
