Goulburn Spring Gardens
Event description
Eight beautiful gardens, displaying the best of spring in Goulburn.
Our Invitation
You are invited to the inaugural 'Goulburn Spring Gardens' event, being held on the weekend of 18th and 19th October this year.
Goulburn was first settled in the 1820s and declared Australia's first inland city in 1863. Its rich history has left a legacy of gracious residences with their accompanying lovely gardens.
We are delighted to share 8 gardens with you over the course of the weekend, most of which are opening to the public for the first time. There will be a mixture of town and country gardens, within both historic and modern settings. They are bound to offer inspiration and enjoyment for garden visitors.
Tickets
Tickets are $25 per person for all gardens. Children under 18 are free when accompanied by a ticket holder.
Groups of 15 or more are entitled to a 20% discount (ie. $20 per person) for an all gardens ticket.
Tickets for single gardens will be $5, payable at each garden.
The Gardens
We have 8 gardens open over the two days of the weekend. Most are open from 10am to 4pm on both days. However, please note that one garden, The Summer Garden, is open on Saturday only and one garden, Longfield, is open on Sunday only. In addition, one garden, Rossiville Homestead, will be closing at 3pm on Sunday 19th October. Further information about the Gardens is available on our website.
Please be aware that there are no toilets available for Visitors in the gardens. You can consult the Australian Government's National Public Toilet Map for available public toilets in Goulburn.
