This workshop will explore the key roles for Boards and how a Board and Board members can add value to an organisation without crossing into the manager’s role.

Carol specialises in helping organisations understand their bigger vision and develop their strategy, to achieve success for both the organisation and the individuals within it.
Much of Carol’s work involves asking useful and sometimes challenging questions to stretch thinking and enable individuals and teams to understand their current position and future growth plans.
