This free virtual workshop is specifically targeted at entrepreneurs behind early-stage startups (but only if you’re a founder of the startup!). If you’re an investor, please consider passing this invitation on to the founders in your life.
This popular Governance workshop is normally run for investors and aspiring directors, but is adapted for founders to give you the tools you need to understand what boards do (or are meant to do), and discuss how others are navigating the world of early-stage company governance. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and to bring you up to speed on getting the right governance in place for your early-stage company.
The first session from 10am to 12noon and the second session from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
