Governance for Inclusion and Belonging

This information session will be facilitated by Anthony Pyle, Community Engagement Facilitator, Mission Australia in partnership with Volunteering WA.

Building an inclusive volunteer culture starts with effective leadership and governance. This workshop examines the role boards, committees, and leaders play in fostering belonging, reducing barriers to participation, and supporting diverse volunteer involvement.

Participants will gain practical insights into the building blocks of inclusive policies, governance frameworks, and organisational culture..
