Governance Essentials is a practical two hour online session designed for committee members, boards, office bearers, incorporated associations and community organisations across regional Western Australia.
Most people involved in community governance have never received formal governance training, despite carrying important responsibilities and making decisions that affect organisations, funding, finances and communities.
This session breaks governance down into clear, plain English language so participants leave feeling more confident in their role, responsibilities and decision-making.
