GP Audit: Understanding my practice

This audit is specifically designed for GPs who need to meet their measuring outcomes and reflective practice CPD. I recognise that these components are difficult to achieve, and expensive, particularly for women who have other responsibilities, work part-time or are on leave. The audits are all asynchronous, and can be done in your own time. They will all be accompanied by a three session synchronous series of 90 minute workshops, facilitated by;

We share a practice, and work together clinically, so we believe we are able to offer a range of supervision activities that can be specifically tailored to GPs who are working with complex mental health. We are specifically targetting GPs who are not male, because we recognise that there are differences in our approach and clinical practice. I accept this may need to be addressed at a later date if we feel this restriction is uncomfortable or unhelpful, but at this point, we feel it will enable a freer discussion of sensitive topics that female, and gender diverse GPs manage more often than their male colleagues.
