Join us for a relaxed, no-pressure mentoring session where you can ask questions, get unstuck, or talk through ideas. Whether you’re figuring out your next step, looking for feedback, or just want a sounding board, this is a space to connect, learn, and move forward with clarity.

We support and empower women & gender diverse tertiary students by bridging the gap between studies & the first step in their career.

Grad Girls is an 8-month program run by Women 4 STEM. We partner with leading businesses and industry experts across STEM to show you what’s out there in the corporate world.

Grad Girls participants will have access to exclusive events hosted by both Women 4 STEM and our corporate sponsors that will help you to take that first step in your career journey. We aim to develop your soft skills and for you to graduate the program "Job Ready".

Founded in 2005, Victorian Information Communication Technology for Women Network (Women 4 STEM) is a not-for-profit organisation that operates to increase the entry, retention, and progress of women in the technology industries.

Our vision is to actively promote and support women throughout their STEM careers. Our mission is to provide a range of practical and sustainable initiatives that will promote urban and regional women’s entry, retention, and progression in tech.

There are many other initiatives within the industry that focus on gender diversity. What makes Women 4 STEM unique is that we take a holistic approach to diversity. Our programs are focused across all ages of women, from young schoolgirls and women at university, through to those already in the industry all the way to industry leaders.
