We're excited to be opening a NEW Wellness Studio in Forest Gardens, creating a sanctuary of health treatments and various classes for people to enjoy.
Celebrate with us on opening night and check out the new Five Element Wellness Studio!
As part of our opening night Rob and Renee will hold a Qigong & Sound Meditation session which they've not done together for years.
Rob will take you through a special Five Element Qigong sequence and Renee will play live sacred sounds to accompany.
Then lay down to soak in a 30 min Gong Bath.
Nibblies, tea and coffee provided.
Bring your own yoga mat for the Gong Bath.
