Grandeur Valley Voyage

Saturday 25th to Tuesday 28th February 2023

Do you like visiting unique venues and trying new things?

Well, step out of that comfort zone and get onboard for our four-day close to five-star tour!

Day One:

Pick-ups will commence by 05:00. Comfort and cuppa stop at Wade Park, Buladelah before arriving at Broken Bay Pearl Farm for our Pearl Farm Discovery Tour. If you've ever wondered how pearls are made and where they come from, this tour is for you. Lunch today is at Saddles. Set on 23 acres Saddles is a gourmet eatery, restaurant and bakehouse Hope you’re not too full as we are now off to Firescreek Winery for chocolate & wine pairing! Enjoy Four exquisite hand-made chocolates paired perfectly with four Firescreek Botanical wines, served in crystal glasses. Arriving around 16:15 at The Tantra® Apartments check-in, relax while overlooking Broken Bar in your executive apartment. For dinner, we will wander over to Ettalong Diggers Club for dinner and more water views at 18:00.

Day Two:

After breakfast at Ettalong Diggers Club, we check out and head over to Gallery 460 and the sculpture park. Onto Distillery Botanica, receive a drink on arrival, listen to the background on the Australian spirits industry and the distillery, a tour through the distillery and Garden, tastings, and a great time! Lunch today is at Wyong Milk Factory Café located in what was previously the lab area of the main milk factory. It’s now time for tastings at Little Creek Cheese. Enjoy some free time, wander through the complex before heading off at 14:30. Tonight, we settle into Spicers Guest House for the next two evenings. It was the first lodge in the area, built-in 1984 by Peppers. Dinner tonight is onsite in the eRemo restaurant. Modern Contemporary Italian was created by a talented team.

Day Three:

After breakfast we head out to Candy Making Class at the Hunter Valley Resort. At Brokenwood Wines we will be treated to a tour, tastings, and a charcuterie board. Continuing our journey through Pokolbin we now arrive at Hope Estate for tastings. Tasting something different we move onto Hunter Valley Smelly Cheese Shop. Time to freshen up back at Spicers before we depart for Harrigan’s Hunter Valley for dinner.

Includes: Breakfast, candy making class, 3 x wine tastings, tour & characterise board, cheese tastings, 2 course dinner and accommodation.

Day Four:

After breakfast we check out and visit Hunter Valley Gardens. What would a day in the Valley be without more tastings? Off to Usher Tinkler Wines. Lunch today is at Baume located within Bean Ean. Time to head home and reflect on our four days of five star!
