  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

  • Defining your project – including objectives and outcomes

  • Preparing a budget

  • Acquitting your grant funding

  • Advice specific to the City of Armadale Community Grants Program (Round 1 of the 2025/2026 Community Grants Program opens for applications on 1 September 2025!)
