We come together for half an hour to express gratitude and feel good!
A beautiful opportunity to co-create a space of love and compassion that holds gratitude for everything big, little, personal or global that is in our individual/collective hearts and minds.
This is a free weekly offering.
(Whilst this is facilitated by a counsellor & arts therapist, this is not a therapeutic group.)
