I am deeply honored to invite you to our first community gathering at TAAY: a Gratitude Meditation & Reiki Circle, blessed with nourishing drinks from Gratitude - NZ Kefir Farm to Table. This sacred space is intended for us to come together in shared healing, to uplift our collective consciousness, and to deepen our spiritual journey. Through the gentle practices of meditation and Reiki, we will explore pathways to inner peace, clarity, and enhanced well-being.

About the Facilitator:

I am Lynn, a holistic wellness coach, Reiki practitioner in the direct lineage of Usui, and a devoted yoga teacher with roots in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and meditation. My life’s work is dedicated to guiding souls toward deeper connections with their inner selves, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit along the way.

Why This Workshop?

In the sacred circle of this workshop, we come together as a community of seekers, united by our shared intention to heal, grow, and expand. Amid the noise of daily life, these practices offer a sanctuary—a return to presence, balance, and the quiet wisdom within. As we join hands and hearts, we create a collective ripple of gratitude and healing that transcends the boundaries of this circle.

This first gathering is offered on a koha (donation) basis, embracing the spirit of giving and receiving. It is a humble offering to make these teachings and experiences accessible to all, honoring the essence of community and interconnectedness. As our journey together unfolds, future gatherings will continue to reflect the needs and energies of our growing circle. Bring your family, friends, and even your children—this gathering is a warm and welcoming space for all ages to share in the healing, connect in gratitude, and grow together in community.
