Focusing on the Great Southern's small batch wines from some of the Great Southern's most talented winemakers that have been developed with site selection, subregional climate and grape variety as paramount to the talisman of fine wine production.

Unearth the real gems of the Great Southern who are receiving critical acclaim worldwide. Expand your tastes and knowledge of these incredible wine varietals with the help of our guest sommelier, Nina Throsby.

Enjoy canapes by Executive Chef Randika Alagiyawanna and a cheese board all packed with local produce to round off a night full of great wine, great food and great company!
