Green Drinks: Queenstown's Pedal Power!

Sustainable Queenstown is partnering with Forward Whakatipu for a Green Drinks event that is all about our cycling community!

Whether you are a hardcore mountain biker, a keen cycle commuter, a gravel bike aficionado, an e-bike convert, or a sometimes-Saturday cyclist - YOU are a part of our biking community!

Queenstown's Pedal Power is a chance mix, mingle and learn about what our diverse community of bikers is up to, passionate about and what this spring and summer has in store for us all.

There will be reps and information from the key players in our biking community on hand to talk about what's happening, what you can to to help and support and how you can get involved.

Participating organisations include:

🚵 Forward Whakatipu

🚵  The Lightfoot Initiative

🚵 Queenstown Trails

🚵  QTMTBC (Queenstown Mountain Bike Club)

🚵 One Bike (who will be accepting donations of used bikes to be re-homed to those in need)

🚵 ChargeAbout Queenstown (who will be offering FREE e-bike demos)

But wait, there's more! 

• Group rides if you're keen to stretch your legs
• A free raffle with some great prizes - but you have to arrive at the event on your bike to enter!
• 2 ticket types:
  • $5 standard
  • $10 to include an Altitude Brewing Good Times XPA 0% beer (limited!)
• And lots of social time amongst the cycling community! 

Ticket revenue goes towards Sustainable Queenstown to enable us to run programmes like Green Drinks in the future.
