Green Drinks
Description
Join us for the last Green Drinks for 2026, where Jennifer Brandsberg-Engelmann will join us online from Germany to share her work to transform economics education in secondary schools. A teacher of nearly 30 years, focusing on International Baccalaureate DP economics, Jennifer is also the project lead and lead author of Regenerative Economics for Secondary Schools.
Jennifer has been working with the Wellbeing Economy Alliance in Aotearoa, proposing a new curriculum for New Zealand. She will share this work, as well as speak to the 5 key shifts needed in economics education. This session is relevant for everyone - the Regenerative Economics textbook is open source and can be completed online. It's a valuable tool for rethinking the way we view the economy and reshaping our role in it.
A shout out to our wonderful Green Drinks sponsors, Vitality Kitchen, Basestation and Zeden Ciders
