Please ensure you have subscribed and recently participated in the free seasonal practice provided in the Greensong Seasonal Newsletter email or another session utilizing NSTP steps so we can go deeper into our shared experiences as we anchor ourselves within nature's support structures. Ecopsychology practices do not focus on providing information, rather providing tools and experiences to explore, connect, relate, reflect, and sense your own self as part of the whole.

If you are new to this NSTP-Greensong Ecopsychology practice, you are invited to:

  1. Subscribe to Greensong Kinship for free and discounted offers.
  2. Participate in the activity emailed to you
  3. Share images and your reflections on the Kinship facebook group page
  4. Attend a free seasonal Kinfolk gatherings as noted in events

The seasonal practices utilise the Natural Systems Thinking Process (NSTP) and the 54 Natural Senses and sensitivities....

The Greensong Guidelines in ecopsychology practices are a portion of the NSTP steps formulated by Dr. Michael Cohen of Project NatureConnect.  Following them assists us to tune-in, become more receptive and mindful as we explore multi-sensing and receptive relationships.  This is the primary applied ecopsychology practice used with the intent/contemplative section and creative expression stages altered according to the intent of the event, season, space/location, individual or group.
