Event description

Join us for a lively and insightful conversation between artist Gregor Kregar and Sue Gardiner of the Chartwell Charitable Trust, presented as part of Kregar’s exhibition, Paradox Void on view at The Arts House Trust, September 5 - 16 November.

Known for his ambitious sculptures and installations that explore materiality, architecture, and play, Kregar’s practice spans ceramics, glass, stainless steel, and light. In this discussion, he reflects on the ideas that drive his work, from systems of order and chaos to the humour and curiosity embedded in everyday objects.

Gardiner, an experienced commentator on contemporary art, will guide the exchange, drawing out the themes, processes, and personal stories behind the exhibition.

Together they will offer audiences a deeper understanding of Kregar’s evolving practice and its place within the wider landscape of contemporary art.
