Grief Alchemy with Sarah Ellis

We are all carrying grief. For some of us, we grieve the loss of a loved one. Others are grieving the future we thought we would have. Grief was never meant to be carried alone. It is collective, precisely because this world, while wondrous, can also be very cruel. 

When we take the time to identify our particular grief, cradle it in our mind’s eye, and move it gently through our body to the earth, the hold THAT grief has on our day-to-day operations will shift to a lower intensity.

Schedule:

3 pm - doors open. Please try to arrive by 3:15 so you have time to come in and get settled.

3:30 - doors close. No late entry is permitted.

What to wear:

Comfortable clothing you can move in.

What to bring:

• Earplugs

• Pillow/body pillow

• Journal

What not to bring:

• Fragrances - some are sensitive to strong fragrance

• Alcohol - this is a sober event

• Pets

• Anyone under 18 - adults only

Location:

Private home near Sun City Anthem in Henderson. The exact address will be sent out the week of the event.
