If you have recently experienced a loss or are supporting a loved one through their grief, you'll find comfort in knowing you are not alone. We all experience grief and loss differently, so our presenter will help you make sense of what you are feeling and why. You'll also gain tips on helpful ways to cope during this difficult period of your life.
