Grief and loss are part of life, they are unavoidable. 💔
Recently, one of my besties passed away after a wildfire like cancer experience. Her death still takes me by surprise over and over because it seems impossible and shocking.
If you know me, then you'll know that I'm no stranger to loss. Daughter, Mum, Dad, brother, 3 nephews and now my best friend. Plus multiple divorces and heartbreaks round out a pretty impressive grief CV. 🥹
You could say, I'm an old hand.
One of the best ways to soothe and comfort is to share experiences, to say their names out loud and share memories and all the love in our hearts.
I want to hold space for you and your grief.
I want to welcome your stories and memories.
I want to shower you with love and peace.
Your grief might look completely different to mine and to others, and that's kind of the point.
In the sharing, we see that we might have different experiences but that we are not alone.
So come share your grief and love story because they are always intertwined.

Open your mind & heart to the energy in the studio, it will be healing.
- Is there a dress code?
There are no rules. Dress how you like but comfort is the vibe. The studio is a 'no shoes' venue, so ensure your footwear is easy to remove. Socks are welcome.

The Hey Merci Studio is an intimate venue accommodating 8 guests. There are 8 tickets available for this circle so book tickets for you and any friends at the time of booking.
